MS-V-MS was created back in late December of 2019.
It started out using just two analogue mono synths and
the Prophet Rev2. The MS-404 by Doepfer which you can hear
on the intro with its spaced out 303 style acid tones.

I then added some haunting poly pads, thanks to the mighty Prophet Rev2. as the track progressed I decided to add some programmed drums, heavily edited and effected, causing some Heavy distorted industrial like tones.

The Korg MS20 mini appears, as a counterpoint in the track or mood change with a rather dark and large two oscillator pad sound which I coaxed out of the mono synth after some editing.

The greatest challenge was seeing if I could make this piece work
as a long form track with the fairly sparse number of tracks and elements.

I jammed with the elements live first to see how each movement, drum part and tweak-able parameters at hand would work, the piece kinda took on a life of its own.

So what you hear now is almost 60 minutes of a live arrangement which was then edited to remove some moments that either got too loud or perhaps a little cluttered.

I hope you enjoy my venture into Acid, Ambient, IDM and Industrial noise.
